Trish is a member of the firm’s real estate, land use, and business law practice groups. Trish’s real estate and land use practice is multi-faceted and includes representation of owners, developers, investors, tenants, and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate including the purchase, permitting, zoning, development, construction, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial property involving retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and mixed uses. Trish’s business law practice includes representation of businesses in a variety of transactional matters including formation and structuring of limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations, purchase and sale of assets, and drafting and negotiation of a variety of contracts and agreements.
Trish has a significant amount of litigation experience which she uses in counseling clients and in negotiating and drafting documents on their behalf.
Trish received her B.A. from Marywood University and her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Trish is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New Jersey.
